To use Velto, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, verifiable personal information during signup. One user is permitted to hold one bank account.
Velto does not charge hidden fees on your main balance. However, international transfers and bank transfers require a pre-loaded "Gas Fee" to cover network processing and verification. This gas fee is separate from your main account balance.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and OTP codes. Velto will never ask for your password via email or phone.
All transactions are subject to automated monitoring for suspicious activity. Velto reserves the right to freeze accounts pending investigation if AML or fraud policies are violated.
While we strive for 100% uptime, Velto does not guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance windows or unforeseen technical failures.
